Food!Hey Pals it's Andi, Recently I've been really into cooking healthy foods for my parents for dinner and I've been trying out new recipes. I'm using pintrest to find all of my recipes and snack ideas(on the side menu there is a link to my pintrest follow me for more fun snack recipes and other random things with Andi!). Below i will list a few of my favorite snacks and dinners. Enjoy! Ants on a logFor this snack I smothered an apple in peanut butter and put 3 craisins on it. It is almost exactly like ants on a log that someone would normally make but I don't like celery and I prefer craisins to raisins. Avacado PastaFor this recipe you put the following ingredients in a food processor to make a sauce 2 avacados 1/3 cup of olive oil 1/2 cup of fresh basil 2 cloves of garlic 2 tbsp of Lemon Juice Then you mix it in with 12oz of cooked spagetti Chicken avacado pitaThis recipe is super simple! Just take the pit out of some ripe avocados and smash them up in a bowl to make a a chunky dip type of a thing then put some of it into a pita with some chicken, cheese and really any other toppings that you might want.
