But, today I wanna share a way to cleanse your body naturally on the inside rather than my usual skin cleansers. This will be a food cleanse. Clear out your system. 7-day cleanse day 1,2,4&6 Breakfast carrot juice day 3&5 detox juice all of the day lunch fat flush smoothie all of the days huge veggie salad Carrot juice
2 medium apples preferably granny smith or any with some lemon some ginger and enough carrots that all the ingredients add up to 24 oz. Detox Juice 1 bunch of Parsley or cilantro some ginger 1 lemon 2-3 handfuls of spinach or kale 2 medium apples preferably granny smith or any with some lemon fill the rest with celery or cucumber enough for it to add up to 24 oz. Fat flush smoothie coconut water stevia (if needed) 1/2 a lemon 2/3 sticks of celery 2 handfuls of kale 2 handfuls of romaine lettuce 2 apples of choice BIG salad everyone knows how to make a salad.
