WATERHey fellow flower children, Adrianna here. Today is a Wednesday again and I have to apologize for not posting for a week. It was not one of our assignments... But, today I am going to stress why as the weather is getting warmer you need to drink more water. 1) cool off 2) hydrate your body when you are loosing water through sweat Be very careful to not get dehydrated it is not good for your body. You are supposed to drink 6-8 8 ounce glasses of water a day. Sorry, this was shorter and off topic. lol
