Get moving Exercise gives you adrenaline and adrenaline makes your heart pump and you to be more awake. Don't delay the day IN OTHER WORDS STOP HITTING THE SNOOZE. Avoid rich foods Do not eat a big meal causing you to fall into a food coma... Give in to the snack attack It is your body running low on food causing you to have less energy.
